Overview
Collett & Sons exhibited at Solar & Storage Live 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, a trade show for the solar and energy storage industry. I helped organise and coordinate the stand, working with the stand builder, the event organiser and the internal team to get everything ready for the show.
The challenge
Exhibitions have a lot of moving parts and fixed deadlines. Stand artwork, branding, merchandise and team travel all had to be ready before build day, with several suppliers and colleagues involved.
My approach
Stand Artwork: Worked with the stand builder, preparing our designs on the artwork templates they supplied.
Illuminated Logo: Designed and ordered the light-up logo sign for the stand.
Merchandise: Arranged all branded merchandise for the stand.
Event Coordination: Liaised with the event organiser and helped with bookings for the team attending the show.
